Javi Sanchez 

(they/he) is a Boston-based drag king/thing and multidisciplinary artist combining performance, visual arts, and expressive movement under the moniker KILLABITE. Originally trained as a painter with a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design (2019), Javi has always been enamored with the performing arts, writing plays and music. They began their drag career in April 2024 by taking Kingdom, Boston’s only drag king workshop run by award-winning drag performer and mentor Jayden Jamison. Since their debut, KILLABITE has performed in some of Boston’s biggest drag shows including Hole Show: Wolves & Wall Street at the Crystal Ballroom, Somerville; Mantasy: Boys of Summer at the Rockwell Theater in Somerville; and MANTASIA: Celebrating Masculine Glamour in the World of Drag at the Mosesian Center for the Arts in Watertown. When KILLABITE isn't performing, Javi designs promotional material for local drag shows, queer artists and organizations.
